How it works is simple:
- Schedule a Discovery Call With One of Our Credit Advisors. We’ll spend approximately 15 minutes discussing your current situation, goals, questions, and possible options for improving your credit. We’ll explain how we work and lay out the steps that we’ll be taking on your behalf to tackle your credit challenges.
- Sign-up to Get Started. If we decide you’d benefit from our program, we’ll invite you to sign up. We’ll assign you to a personal credit advisor who will give you access to a private log-in to our system so we can track and monitor your credit repair process over the upcoming months. Your advisor will also assist you with getting started.
- WE GET TO WORK. Our staff will complete a comprehensive evaluation of all 3 of your credit reports, plus your reports with companies like Chex Systems, and other data providers. One of the things they’ll be analyzing will be items that are having a negative impact on your credit score and need to be addressed.
During our analysis process, we also look for actions you need to take in order to boost your credit scores higher. For tenants, we’ll also be addressing any information being reported on with various tenant screening companies.
Once our analysis is complete, we’ll schedule a 2nd call with you to discuss the results, you’ll be able to log into our portal 24 hours a day to monitor our progress, check to see what’s next, and communicate with our team. We’ll lay out a personalized roadmap to improve your credit scores and situation over the upcoming months.
If you’re in the market to buy a home, we can work directly with your realtor or mortgage loan officer. Once your credit is in the best possible position, we’ll work closely with them to ensure you get approved for your home loan.
4. You Will Receive Regular Updates. We will send you updates as work is completed. We always keep you updated. You’ll receive regular updates and support via email and phone every 10 days on the progress, and updated credit reports from the credit reporting agencies by mail throughout your entire program. When you receive those reports, simply upload them to your account and we’ll continue our ongoing work. You’ll also have the ability to log into your account 24 hours a day to check on our progress.
5. Strategies to Boost Credit Scores. If you need new positive credit to keep your scores high, we’ll provide recommendations on the best type to get in order to boost your scores even higher.
